What You’ll Do :
- Daily supporting clients to work towards their Individual Support Plan - client goals and identified measurable outcomes.
- Using Catalyst system while administering medications to clients on time and checking / receiving medication that arrive while on shift.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Making Guardians feel welcome into the client’s residences and communicating / interacting with guardians of clients as directed by the site supervisor.
- Supporting client’s care needs such as : hygiene, dressing, making beds, toileting, etc.
- Assisting and monitoring clients through the entire shift.
- Completing, reading, and maintaining all required documentation.
- Planning for, preparing, and documenting meals and snacks for clients.
- Performing daily and weekly household duties such as : dusting, washing walls, vacuuming, cleaning, laundry, washing windows, shovelling snow, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, etc. ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
