Although trained in one discipline, applicants should be comfortable working in an interdisciplinary environment and draw from expertise in one or more of the following disciplinary subject areas : humanities, arts, social sciences, or physical sciences.

Applicants with any of the following qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply :

  • Record of effectively working with students from a wide range of social, cultural, and academic backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with current theory and research in social justice and community.
