About The Role
Reporting to our VP of Marketing & Growth, the Community Manager sits on the Demand Generation team and is responsible for owning Baselane’s community presence and MQL campaign strategy. You will own the webinar strategy and content calendar, while maintaining industry-leading standards for content. This role is extremely collaborative and will work across various teams including Brand, Content, Sales, and Operations.
As a founding member of our Demand Generation team, you will have the opportunity to influence and own Baselane’s community strategy and presence. You’ll leverage our unique data to inform and iterate on campaign decisions. You’ll maintain the voice of the customer in our webinar and community strategy while driving business goals. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Baselane’s community initiatives, including our Ambassador Program, webinar series, social channels, conferences and events, and online community forums.
- Build authentic relationships and engage with existing digital communities of real estate investors.
- Plan, launch, and track lead acquisition campaigns across channels such as email, events, webinars, paid social, and paid search.
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy to increase awareness of Baselane and drive qualified leads across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Manage a content calendar supporting brand campaigns, product launches, demand generation, customer stories, UGC, and employer brand initiatives.
- Use your creativity and storytelling to produce webinars that educate and engage our audience.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to hand off leads and continually optimize funnel performance and lead quality.
- Own and drive MQL targets, leveraging data and experimentation to maximize performance across sales-assisted channels.
