The Role We are seeking a Community Coordinator to join our administrative team in Victoria who is passionate about providing support to a range of Tribe’s stakeholders. This role is a great fit for someone who is has a keen eye for details, values collaboration, and is looking to develop valuable experience. Responsibilities Providing administrative support to a property portfolio and team of Rental Managers, including drafting agendas, minutes and correspondence, filing documents and forms on deadlines Assisting with researching quotes and other information for maintenance and special projects Working with Tribe's Accounting team to assist with financial requests Ensuring all activity is conducted in accordance with the directives of the licensed manager Maintaining a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio Qualifications 1 - 2 years of experience in an administration or service-based role Proven administrative skills, including the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven technology experience using programs such as Microsoft Office and CRMs Able to work in the Victoria office three (3) days per week Perks & Benefits Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits package Paid personal time off Powered by JazzHR
