The Community Outreach Coordinator builds and maintains relationships between the organization and the community. This role involves coordinating outreach programs promoting the organization s services and increasing community engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies.
  • Build relationships with local organizations businesses and stakeholders.
  • Organize community events workshops and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and the community.
  • Identify and address community needs in alignment with the organization s mission.
  • Promote the organization s programs and services through various channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in communications public relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach or engagement.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in event planning and social media tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
