WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

  • 3-5 years’ experience working as a leader in a residential property management environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
  • Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, see obstacles as opportunities and has ability to interact with different personalities in a professional manner.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn and grow within industry.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call as required to attend to emergencies.

They have the ability to evaluate economic trends, profitability and marketing issues, while providing a heightened and customized residence experience.
