Description du poste
Notre client est une entreprise Québécoise en pleine expansion qui regroupe des gammes de soins de la peau, maquillage, superaliments, des essentiels pour la maison.
Elle recherche son nouveau Gestionnaire des réseaux sociaux orienté sur les suivis des tendances, l’analyse et la stratégie pour rejoindre leur équipe.
Votre rôle :
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et réseaux sociaux pour garantir l'alignement et l'exécution efficace des campagnes.
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) en fournissant des rapports réguliers à la direction sur les résultats des initiatives de communication.
- Servir de point de contact pour les relations presse au Canada, anticiper les risques pour la réputation et proposer des solutions.
- Renforcer la visibilité de la marque en amplifiant ses messages et en gérant les relations avec les influenceurs, partenaires et médias.
- Contribuer aux stratégies de lancement de produits et assurer la cohésion des équipes autour des objectifs de communication.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication sur les réseaux sociaux, en partenariat avec la direction artistique, tout en rédigeant les textes des publications.
- Établir une veille concurrentielle active des médias sociaux et traditionnels, analyser les tendances et rédiger un rapport mensuel avec des recommandations.
- Créer des briefs créatifs et coordonner le déploiement des campagnes marketing.
