The High Prairie School Division is inviting applicants for : Vertical Farm Technician EW Pratt High School is located in the Town of High Prairie, which is at the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 749, within Big Lakes County. High Prairie is approximately 371 kilometres northwest of Edmonton and 118 kilometres west of Slave Lake. High Prairie School Division provides many professional development opportunities both at the school and division level. Position Summary The Vertical Farm Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a school- or division-based vertical farm. This role supports sustainable food production by ensuring optimal growing conditions, harvesting produce, and supporting educational programming. The technician will work closely with staff, students, and community partners to grow fresh produce for school nutrition programs and learning initiatives.
