In addition to field responsibilities, the role includes administrative and strategic work from the head office, including performance analysis, customer communication, and support of product launches and promotions.

  • Review monthly sales, category performance, and product performance per account and prioritize recommendations
  • Present EQ3 products and merchandising strategies to existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate customer data and performance metrics
  • Monitor competitor activity, including product, pricing, and positioning

2) Product

  • Communicate customer feedback to Product Development and internal teams

3) Training and Product Information

  • Partner with Product Development and Merchandising teams to stay aligned on product launches and updates

  • Support clients with product knowledge to enhance in-store execution

4) Marketing:

  • Support clients in promoting the EQ3 brand using available tools and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaign execution and creative needs
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all locations

5) Communication

  • Maintain strong internal and external communication with stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting, business reviews, and performance insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and best practices

6) Technological and Business Systems Management

Utilize key business systems and tools, including:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
  • GPS Data Cubes
  • Pricing tools and reporting systems

Do You Bring?

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive sales or account management experience
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
  • Experience in the furniture or retail industry is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Fluency in French an asset
