Job description
Le Festival International du Film de Montréal (MTLIFF) est une plateforme internationale célébrant le cinéma, la culture et la créativité. Nous soutenons les cinéastes qui inspirent le changement à travers des histoires percutantes. Ensemble, nous façonnons un monde meilleur grâce au pouvoir du cinéma.
Le Rôle
Poste : Responsable des communications et événements (Rôle bénévole)
Durée : 2 à 4 heures par semaine (flexible)
Lieu : Montréal (travail à distance possible, rencontres d’équipe optionnelles)
En tant que Responsable des Communications et Événements, vous dirigerez la stratégie et la mise en œuvre des communications et initiatives communautaires du MTLIFF. Vous superviserez les partenariats, les relations publiques, les infolettres et la coordination des événements. Vous encadrerez également les coordinateurs des événements et de la philanthropie afin de concrétiser nos activités et campagnes communautaires.
Ce rôle s’adresse à une personne proactive, organisée, créative et soucieuse du détail, capable de déléguer efficacement et passionnée par la création d’un sentiment de communauté autour de la marque.
Vos Responsabilités
Élaborer et gérer les stratégies de communication et de partenariats
Superviser les campagnes d’acquisition de clients et de sensibilisation pour les services du MTLIFF
Coordonner les initiatives communautaires avec les équipes des événements et de la philanthropie
Gérer les infolettres, les communications presse et les campagnes d’emailing
Encadrer les coordinateurs pour assurer le respect des délais et des objectifs
Assurer la cohérence entre les communications, l’image de marque et la mission du MTLIFF
Contribuer de manière créative à la conception d’événements et d’activations partenaires
Profil Recherché
Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et délégation
Solides aptitudes en communication écrite et orale
Expérience en communication, partenariats ou coordination d’événements
Esprit créatif, proactif et orienté vers les solutions
Sens du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
Passion pour le cinéma, les événements, la culture et la création de communauté
