We are currently looking for a Part-Time Guest Services Agent to join our team at the Nova Inn Yellowknife. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As the first and last impression of the hotel, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming stay for every guest. Your day may include:

• Welcoming guests with friendly, professional service
• Checking guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answering phones and assisting with reservations
• Handling guest questions, requests, and concerns with care and professionalism
• Processing payments and balancing cash transactions
• Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting guests with local recommendations and hotel information
• Helping create a positive and team-oriented atmosphere for both guests and associates

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is:

• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experienced in hospitality or customer service (hotel experience is considered an asset)

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must be fluent in English
• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous hotel or front desk experience considered an asset
