Job descriptionMaintain a leadership presence on the floor, engaging with guests, team members, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high hospitality standards Train, motivate, mentor, and organize team members Purchase supplies, beverages, and equipment as directed Monitor inventory, check orders, and distribute supplies Manage transactions and ensure accurate accounting Record shift notes and assist with administrative tasks like scheduling Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards Document, investigate, and resolve guest incidents Perform other duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service Strong math skills and ability to handle money accurately Knowledge of steps of service Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of coffee and coffee production Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages preferred Availability to work onsite with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting Operate equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, juicers, and cash registers Smart Serve Certification Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave RRSP Bonus program Free daily family meal Discounts at Eataly Product and Italian cuisine classes Referral bonus program And more!

Job Description
Eataly’s marketplaces feature quick service counters with coffee, drinks, pastries, gelato, pizza, focaccia, paninis, and grab-and-go meals. The QSR Lead supervises daily operations, reports to the QSR General Manager, and oversees sales associates and baristas.
