Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or related fields; P.Eng. designation is preferred. Regulatory Knowledge : Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Business Acumen : Strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships with clients and authorities, and exercise sound judgment in project management.
