Job Description
Join our team and support our expanding traffic and roadway safety practice in Ontario. You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience by being exposed to many aspects of transportation, including traffic operational studies, roadway and railway safety reviews, traffic data collection and processing, research and literature reviews, and consultation with different stakeholders.
CIMA+ provides the opportunity of working with and learning from recognized senior professionals in the transportation field.
Primary responsibilities
- Assist the transportation project team with traffic operations and safety studies
- Assist in technical analysis, using tools such as VISSIM, AIMSUN, Synchro, GIS, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations related to current or prospective projects
- Assist in collecting and processing transportation data
- Assist and conduct site visits and field surveys
- Assist in the preparation of stakeholder consultation material and presentation
Qualifications
The salary for this position ranges from $23.75 to $29.40 per hour, depending on your academic profile, the number of credits earned, and your previous co-op or internship experience. The final offer and salary may be adjusted based on your unique profile.
