Position : Prevention Co-Director
Reports to : Executive Director
Location : Victoria Sexual Assault Centre office, Cedar Hill Rd
Hours : 28hrs / per week
Work duties primarily Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, some weekend and evening work may be required
Wage : $40 per / hour

End Date : March 31, (possibility of extension)
Closing Date : Sunday, Sept 15th at 11 : 59pm.
Position Summary :
The Prevention Co-Director adopts and promotes the philosophy of the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre (VSAC) and is responsible for co-managing the VSAC Prevention Department including supervision of prevention staff and oversight of programs for youth in education and community outreach with an aim for successful performance of the organization's strategic priorities. The position ensures compliance with all professional standards of practice and agency policies and procedures and acts as an integral member of the VSAC management team.

- Co-develop and / or maintain a strategic framework for Prevention to support the agency's vision statement and strategic priorities.
