Establish manufacturing methods and lead the work area with best-in-class performance and direction-setting. Experience in CNC turning. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using various inspection instruments. Strong understanding of quality management systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

We are seeking enthusiastic CNC Machinists to join our team at various levels of expertise. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in operating machines, performing inspections, and ensuring the highest quality of our products. Join us and become a key contributor to our success!
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC machines, including startup procedures, basic controls, machine lubrication, and machine operations.
- Understand material requirements and perform product handling procedures.
- Verify product conformance using various inspection techniques and instruments (e.g., microscopes, micrometers, automated measuring instruments, tool maker’s scope, pin gages, drop gages, and concentricity gages).
- Understand and apply the fundamentals of the quality management system.
- Read and interpret drawings, identifying defect types and implementing sorting and lot control procedures.
- Perform work in accordance with traveler and work instructions.
- Conduct technical end-of-shift duties, end-of-job tear down, and housekeeping procedures.
- Possess CNC turning experience (open to various machines).

Level I : Entry-Level Position
Level II : Intermediate Position
Level III : Advanced Position
Level IV : Master Position
