Location: Oakville, ON
Compensation: $35/hr - $42/hr
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | 6-Month Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)
Hours: 3days/week 8:30am-4:30pm 1day/week 7-3 1day/week 11-7

Are you a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)looking to grow your skills and gain experience working with a new population? Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced professional seeking variety, this6-month contract with potential for full time hire is a fantastic way to broaden your expertise in working with adults—with the flexibility to move on after the contract or transition into a permanent role.
We also offer part-time hours for those looking to supplement their income or complement their current practice.

As an RBA, you will design and implement evidence-based behavioural intervention plans to support individuals with developmental or behavioural challenges. Working collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team, you will help individuals build skills, foster independence, and improve their quality of life.
