Position : Clinical Manager - Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Ottawa clinics, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.

As the Clinical Manager , you will combine clinical expertise with management skills to oversee clinic operations while providing patient care. If you are an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist with leadership experience and a passion for clinical excellence and team development, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on audiology services, including comprehensive testing, counselling, dispensing hearing aids, and continued follow up care.
• Cultivate relationships with patients, ensuring their hearing needs are met from the initial consultation to the successful resolution.
• Support the team with guidance on complex clinical cases and mentor team to promote growth.
• Oversee the daily operations at our Ottawa clinics, balancing clinical care with business goals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by mentoring and developing clinic team.
• Manage team performance through regular performance management tasks, feedback, and addressing any operational or clinical challenges.
• Drive business goals by managing budgets, resources, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
