DNSnetworks is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Ontario. In this role, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our data infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient processing, storage, and management of data across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data workflows, monitor data quality, and implement best practices for data governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of data management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in data operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the data operations team and ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient data processing.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data flow across platforms.
- Develop and implement data governance and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and solutions.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and integrity across all data operations.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to data operations.
Qualifications :
