Job Description
Base Salary - $52,500 + Profit Sharing
We seek new or recent graduates for our Management Development Program . This full-time, salaried role includes benefits and profit sharing.
Note : Successful candidates may need to relocate within Canada; relocation assistance provided. Opportunities available nationwide.
The Role : As a Management Trainee, you'll progress through four phases to learn all aspects of our business—from shipping and receiving to employee development. You'll manage a sales territory and provide excellent customer service, with guidance from managers and teammates across Canada.
Program Outline :
Phase 1 : Warehouse and Customer Service – Gain product knowledge and experience logistics, customer service, sales, inventory, and financials.
Phase 2 : Customer Relationships and Procurement – Manage customer projects, build relationships, and learn to read blueprints for quotes.
Phase 3 : Account Management and Sales – Develop business, negotiate contracts, and expand customer base.
Phase 4 : Leadership and Operations – Lead teams, mentor, and set strategic direction.
Upon completing training, you'll be prepared for management roles at our Canadian locations.
