Job description

Kelly Services is currently hiring a Quality Documentation Coordinator for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Windsor, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, prepare, and distribute Master Batch Production Records and labels
  • Assist with inventory control between production and the warehouse
  • Update and track inventory used within the production department
  • Coordinate with lab teams to ensure materials are ready for production
  • Manage employee absence requests, including approvals, calendar updates, and notifications
  • Distribute employee documents (e.g., pay statements) through Supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in documentation or administration in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
  • Strong mathematical and data accuracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

  • Background check is required
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

What’s in it for you:

  • Pay rate: $23.00-25.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • 12-month contract
