Rock Star Veterinary Client Care Specialist wanted!

We are seeking that special someone to join our top notch team. The ideal candidate must be upbeat, compassionate, organized, and have a good sense of humour. This part time position involves keeping appointments running smoothly and efficiently (keeping those doctors moving is sometimes “like herding cats”!), handling phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments and surgeries, preparing invoices and estimates, providing information to pet parents, as well as working closely with the rest of the team to provide the outstanding patient and customer care that our hospital is well known for.

If you’re up to the challenge of being a phone wrangler, organizational expert, multi-tasker, paw shaker and an amazing communicator, we would love to hear from you. Previous work in a veterinary facility is an assest, but not a requirement.
This position is part time and consistents primarily of weekends.
