Bilingual Medical Claims Representative Remote
We have two open roles with a leading client in the insurance industry. These exciting opportunities are for fulltime remote positions open to candidates across Canada. The roles offer a 1year contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and professional growth while working in a supportive fully remote environment.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $22 to $24 based on experience.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm EST on a rotational shift basis

Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Communicate effectively and professionally with plan members and sponsors.
Access and retrieve information from various systems to resolve inquiries.
Research and resolve customer issues within specified timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of personal information and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Provide technical support for online claims submissions including troubleshooting and assisting with account management.
What you will need to succeed :
Postsecondary education (preferred but not required).
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative / clerical role.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required).
