Job descriptionProduce claims reports and trending analysis by asset class, claim type, and coverage line Process complex claim payments and track financial settlements above / below deductibles Prepare quarterly financial reports and risk management analysis Support environmental claims tracking and insurer reimbursement requests Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 7-10 years multi-line claims experience (commercial property and liability focus) CIP, CRM designation or actively pursuing Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong prioritization and time management in fast-paced environments Self-directed with ability to manage multiple stakeholders Experience directing adjusters and implementing process improvements Proficiency in MS Office; Power Bi knowledge preferred

Position Overview
Fast-paced role managing diverse risk scenarios as part of a dynamic claims team. Facilitate claims processes, support incident investigations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective resolution while mitigating future risks.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Investigation & Claims Management
- Review and triage daily intake reports, prioritizing actions and determining investigation levels
- Assign tasks, set deliverables, and establish workflows for efficient incident processing
- Administer multi-line insurance claims and coordinate with Adjusters, legal counsel, and Insurers
- Monitor claims lifecycle, conduct follow-ups, and proactively address potential issues
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements
