Auto Claims Adjuster

  • Annual salary based on experience : $60.000 to $70.000.
  • Permanent, full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • A stable schedule from Monday to Friday : 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide clients through the auto collision claims process and investigate their claims while providing exceptional service.
  • Adhere to the company's best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring optimal service and claims management outcomes.
  • Work autonomously in a digital and collaborative environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to update your skills and knowledge related to best practices in the field.
  • Contribute to special projects and provide recommendations to improve processes and customer experience.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • College or university degree.
  • Claims Adjuster with a license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Client-focused and committed to exceeding their expectations.
  • Ability to adapt and embody the company's values.
  • Experience in the insurance or claims field is an asset.
