You will be the face of our company in the community and a trusted advisor in our customers' homes. With your exceptional customer service and expert recommendations, you will help our customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services. Here’s how :

As a Service Professional, you'll be the face and voice of TELUS for our customers. You'll meet with them in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone. You will set your customers up with services, provide on-site support and drive future growth for TELUS by highlighting sales opportunities designed to help our customers get the most out of their TELUS experience. With your exceptional customer service skills, you'll educate our customers face-to-face on both new and existing products in their homes, all while increasing our sales and customer satisfaction.

We know that our success is tied to the people we hire which is why the rewards of starting your career with TELUS include an hourly wage of $27.20 plus sales commissions, annual bonuses and regular increases. This hourly wage includes a base wage of $25.20 with an additional $2 / hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing.
