Job descriptionA minimum of 7years of experience in onsite aftersales service preferably in international environments Ability to work autonomously and adapt to various working conditions especially in tunnel construction settings Proficiency in English and French Highly specialized knowledge in the industrial field specifically in electromechanical assembly and automation machinery Associate Degree Advanced Diploma or Diploma in maintenance engineering or production engineering is preferred. However candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications. Proven leadership and / or project management experience (5 years preferred) Energetic with a positive outlook Strong communication skills especially in a multilingual environment Expertise in construction site safety protocols Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and electromechanical systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans and technical diagrams Collaborative and teamoriented with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse professionals on construction sites Ability to thrive in civil engineering work conditions such as on tunnel construction sites Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments Professionalism and a driven attitude

Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Senior Drilling Technician to join our team. This role involves commissioning maintaining and repairing our advanced drilling machines as well as operating them when required. The position reports directly to the Mechanical and Site Superintendent.
Responsibilities :
The Senior Drilling Technician ensures the aftersale service onsite and will be responsible for :
- Reassembling Robodrill drilling machines onsite after transportation to ensure proper setup.
- Setting up and testing the machine thoroughly before starting operations.
- Supporting Mechanical and Civil Engineers by assembling installing and analyzing machines to meet project needs.
- Conducting site inspections and maintenance to ensure machines are in optimal working condition.
- Ensuring compliance with project plans and completing tasks according to contract specifications.
- Performing site commissioning and starting the machine with the customer.
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance upgrades and renovations on drilling machines while adhering to safety standards and production requirements.
- Providing customers with guidance on the best practices for using the machine.
- Identifying and mitigating risks by setting up preventive measures.
- Training onsite operators in driving and maintaining the machines.
- Supervising the inspection and maintenance of machines to ensure continued efficiency.
- Managing technical issues and maintaining good customer relations.
- Communicating with the French design and technical department to ensure optimal machine performance and efficiency.
