  • Communicate (both verbally and in writing) and work effectively with team members within their company and their counterparts in the Client organizations. They will be required to analyze technical problems and use engineering knowledge and experience to solve complex problems in new, unique and cost-effective ways all while demonstrating sound judgment, intellectual rigor and constancy.

Qualifications :

  • Analyzing, understanding, confirming, and modifying utility design drawings for substation and line projects
  • Understanding of typical utility equipment and materials / components and their functionality including protection and control, metering, and SCADA
  • Understanding and ability to support utility project execution from conception and planning to construction and closeout
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent negotiation and consensus-building skills
  • Comfortable and effective working independently, as well as leading and working in teams across functional groups that vary from fundamentally technical to non-technical.
