With their multidisciplinary teams, they can meet the specific needs of their clients while adhering to deadlines and budgets. We are seeking a Civil Project Manager for the Quebec region.
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Civil Project Manager will have the following responsibilities :
Coordinate activities with foremen to ensure effective site management.
Prepare and award subcontracting contracts and purchase orders.
Manage the coordination of subcontractors to avoid overlaps upon their arrival on site.
Analyze ongoing projects to maximize profitability.
Establish and monitor the site’s operational budget.
Develop and track project schedules.
Follow up on directives and change requests.
Approve invoices related to the projects.
Skills and qualifications :
Technical diploma / Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience
5 to 8 years of experience in project management (civil construction)
Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
Must be open to travel across the province
Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)
