Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. 10+ years of experience in structural engineering. 5+ years of experience in Industrial, Mining & Metal, Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power or Nuclear plants / facilities. Extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and designers. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Labrador City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight on a variety of projects related to structural engineering for our heavy industrial clients.
We are looking for someone interested by a fly-in fly-out schedule.

- Provide technical leadership and oversight on structural engineering projects.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers and designers.
- Perform structural analysis and design.
- Prepare and review project reports, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other design professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with client representatives and contractors as required during construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or remediation.
- Review and provide technical guidance on structural engineering standards and codes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
