Job descriptionMust hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and / or M2 AME licence; Must hold the authorization to work in Canada, this position is not available for sponsorship; Must hold Bell and / or Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA); Hold a B & ASB2 / B3 ACA is an asset; Organized and self-starter; Customer focus and team player; Good communication skills and positive attitude; Must live in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL or be willing to relocate to the area; Be able to obtain access to controlled goods approval.
Job Description
The AME will be reporting to the Chief Engineer and his duties include :
- Planning and performing aircraft maintenance;
- Ensuring that all replacement parts are inspected and properly certified prior to installation;
- Assuring compliance with all company policies and procedures;
- Organizing and housekeeping of the hangar facility;
- Travelling to various work locations and environments as required;
- Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.
