Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Develop and execute a financial strategy that supports business growth and long-term success
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to enhance performance and growth
- Identify and lead strategic projects that strengthen both short-term and long-term success
- Actively participate in leadership meetings, identifying, discussing, and solving the company’s most important challenges and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports for clear visibility into key business metrics
- Provide financial insights that help the leadership team set priorities and achieve key business goals
- Develop scenario models to guide strategy and risk management
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Manage the month-end and year-end audit process, ensuring a smooth well-organized experience
- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, supporting strategic decision-making with clear financial analysis
- Implement financial systems, automation tools, and processes to streamline operations
- Work cross-functionally to enhance workflows and optimize operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to organizational success
