We are the Vermeer family from Chilliwack, British Columbia, seeking a part-time / as needed, live-out nanny to care for our two toddlers (1.5 and 3.5years old). Mom works as a counsellor and comes with the highest criminal records check free and clear. Dad is in trades with a clean criminal records check. We also have a medium / large bred dog who is friendly and live in the communal spaces of our home. If you have previous experience in childcare, meal prep(bonus), and housekeeping (bonus), we invite you to message us if you are interested in joining our family.As our nanny, you will be responsible for providing attentive care to our children while we are at work. This includes ensuring their safety, preparing meals, and assisting with skill development. In addition to childcare duties, light housekeeping tasks will be appreciated to maintain a tidy and organized home environment.We have strong family values in helping children develop firm body and emotional boundaries, gentle parenting, and healthy emotional development. Minimal screen to no screen time preferred. And it is imperative that any applicant has appropriate educational training for childcare, first aid, and references speaking to their skill sets.The ideal candidate should be reliable, patient, and have a genuine love for interacting with children. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - ... and a supportive working environment. Hours would be 830am to 4 / 4 : 30pm, when needed.
