Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and direction in the organization’s financial management. The CFO will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial operations, compliance with regulatory and legal standards, and alignment with corporate policies. In addition to safeguarding financial controls, the CFO will develop and drive strategies that support the organization’s goals, ensuring the financial resources and systems are optimized for growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial guidance to the executive team, supporting the development and execution of the organization’s strategic goals.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with operational and investment objectives.
• Oversee General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Purchasing functions.
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial records, adhering to legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Direct the preparation and management of operating and capital budgets in collaboration with department leaders.
• Conduct detailed variance analyses to identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain robust short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure operational stability and strategic investment planning.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting of financial activities, including project-specific performance.
• Oversee tax reporting and compliance processes, minimizing risks while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
