Responsibilities of a Freight Broker (Operating) Agent:
- Prospect for new customers.
- Source carriers and providers for your customers.
- Book your customers' shipments in our Transportation Management System (TMS), track deliveries, and ensure carriers provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
