The Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) is seeking a dynamic and visionary President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of Canadas most strategic and fastest-growing trade gateways.
As a federally mandated agency established under the Canada Marine Act (1998) PRPA oversees the operation and development of the Port of Prince RupertCanadas northernmost west-coast port and one of North Americas deepest natural ice-free harbours. The Opportunity
With the retirement of the incumbent CEO PRPA is launching a comprehensive search for its next leader. Reporting to the Board of Directors the CEO is responsible for setting the organizations strategic direction fostering strong stakeholder relationships overseeing safe and efficient operations and ensuring the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the Port.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with demonstrated leadership maturity experience in complex operational environments and the ability to collaborate effectively with Indigenous communities industry partners government and employees. As the primary ambassador of the Port the CEO will champion PRPAs mission values and vision to build a better Canada by growing trade.
