The Canada Games are the largest multi-sport event in the country. From February 27 to March 14, 2027, Quebec City will welcome over 3,500 high-calibre athletes and coaches competing in 22 sports. Held every two years, alternating between summer and winter, the Games celebrate the perseverance and sportsmanship of young Canadian athletes.

The 2027 Canada Games Host Society is looking for bold, driven individuals ready to help create a truly memorable event. Your mission? Join a passionate team committed to delivering unforgettable moments for athletes and visitors alike, while building a lasting legacy of excellence and innovation for our community.
Your Role
Ready to make history?As the right hand of the CEO, you will be acting as a key pillar supporting the smooth operation of the organization. In this role, you’ll take part in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring key projects for the 2027 Canada Games, bringing your energy, initiative, and sense of leadership to the table.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your talent and drive will allow you to :
Planning and Knowledge Transfer
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the Games Operations Centre.
- Collaborate on the creation and delivery of the Transfer of Knowledge program, including the Observers program, to share expertise and inspire future Canada Games.
- Help plan and facilitate training and planning sessions for employees and volunteers.
