Responsibilities :
- Develop and Articulate Strategic Vision : Define and communicate the organization's strategic objectives, fostering a collaborative and positive company culture that empowers teams to achieve long-term goals.
- Leadership and Team Development : Build a high-performing team by overseeing recruitment, training, professional growth initiatives, performance evaluation, and fostering team motivation.
- Financial Oversight : Assume full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring financial health through effective budgeting, cost control, sales growth strategies, and operational excellence.
- Strategic Decision-Making : Drive key business decisions regarding strategy, investments, and resource allocation. Regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt plans to align with organizational goals.
- Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail across all business functions.
- External Representation and Relationship Building : Represent the organization to clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders. Establish and nurture strong relationships, contributing to industry thought leadership.
- Business Development and Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Oversee marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
