First Credit Union is looking for a team-oriented individual to assist our members in achieving their financial goals as a permanent, casual Financial Service Representative at our Powell River Branch.

This is a casual position supporting coverage at our Powell River Branch.

Major Responsibilities :

• Providing an exceptional member experience by proactively engaging with members to understand and meet their immediate day-to-day banking needs by identifying the products and services that will benefit them.
• Completing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and / or other account transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Transforming the member experience by educating them on our mobile tools and resources.
• Assisting other team members and completing other duties as assigned.
