• Microsoft Power Platform
• Development of Power BI reports using the company's various data sources.
• Creation and updating of data sets to ensure the reliability of information.
• Design of visuals to meet the specific needs of management and operations.
• Proposals of reports and tools to optimize operational processes.
• Maintenance and updating of applications developed under Power Apps.
• Automation of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
• Design, implementation and management of a centralized data warehouse.
• Business analyses
• Use of BI reports and other tools for in-depth business analyses.
• Development of analyses and identification of avenues for operational improvements.
• Review of current processes and formulation of recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implementation of new optimized business processes.
• Close collaboration with senior management to produce strategic analyses.
• Information Technology
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the external IT support team.
• Plan and lead monthly strategic meetings with the external IT team.
• Monitor the external team's compliance with security standards.
• Guide the external team in assessing and optimizing IT equipment.
• Supervise the quality and performance of the external support team.
• Ability to intervene on urgent requests when needed.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or university certificate in administration, business analysis or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Mastery of DAX, PowerQuery M and SQL languages
• Knowledge of the Business Central / NAV environment (an asset)
• High initiative and autonomy in managing responsibilities
• Strong team spirit and excellent sense of collaboration
• Ability to synthesize and clarify complex information
• Advanced intermediate bilingualism (English and French)
