The National Sales Manager preferably based in Ontario, but open to candidates located anywhere in Canada
JOB SUMMARY
The National Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing key national accounts across Canada for Catalys. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and delivering technical and commercial value to customers in the industrial, automotive, and commercial sectors.
Acting as a strategic partner to our clients, the National Account Manager ensures that Catalys’ full portfolio of solutions—products, services, and technical expertise—is leveraged to support customer performance and long-term business objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, commercial leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Strategy & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of national accounts within the industrial, commercial, and automotive sectors.
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic account plans that align with Catalys’ growth and profitability objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term retention.
