One of our leading clients, a midstream oil and gas company, dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a talented and motivated Process Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to the success of their operations.
Your Role :
As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of midstream facilities, including pipelines, storage terminals, and processing plants. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the assets while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations and contribute to the energy industry’s future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, analyze, and optimize process systems for midstream oil and gas operations, including gas processing, liquid handling, and pipeline transportation.
- Conduct process simulations, hydraulic modeling, and feasibility studies to support project development and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and review P&IDs, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and other engineering documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Perform risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and process safety evaluations to ensure the integrity and reliability of our facilities.
- Support capital projects by providing process engineering expertise, from conceptual design to commissioning and startup.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and best practices.
