Frankie Solarik Holdings, the creative force behind some of Toronto’s most acclaimed cocktail and dining experiences, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager / Chef de Cuisine to oversee and elevate kitchen performance across our venues.
This position blends culinary excellence, operational leadership, and creative collaboration within one of Canada’s most forward‑thinking hospitality groups. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of kitchen operations, mentoring teams and ensuring that every dish reflects the artistic and immersive vision that defines the BarChef brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate kitchen operations across multiple venues
- Develop, cost, and execute menus in collaboration with Chef Frankie Solarik and culinary leadership
- Manage ordering, par levels, supplier relations, and product consistency
- Lead and mentor kitchen teams to maintain creativity, discipline, and performance
- Collaborate with the bar and R&D departments to design integrated culinary and cocktail experiences
- Track and optimize labour, COGS, and inventory controls
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization
- Contribute to seasonal menu launches, R&D projects, and off‑site activations
