You are an experienced force for change within the Public Sector. You know that companies must change or be left behind, and you know how to help them do that. You’ve got the skills, tools and know‑how to help companies remake themselves from top to bottom to be more nimble, capable and productive, and you’re someone people look to for advice and guidance. You’ve done this plenty of times and it shows in how you help people on your team do their best, so their clients get the best advice.

The work

• Help clients through the transformation process that will make their companies more capable
• Develop human‑centered strategies for change that are agile and ready for the digital world
• Support the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic change strategies
• Design agile change strategies that will help companies change their culture and the way they do everything while preparing them for the future

Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including :

Travel

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client‑essential sales / delivery activity only. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location : Annual Salary Range

British Columbia / Ontario : $108,800 to $220,400
