We are seeking an experienced Incident, Problem & Change Management Analyst who will play a key role in governing and improving core D&IT processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Digital Solution Intake, and Knowledge Management. This role ensures consistent process execution across IT teams, enhances service reliability, and supports enterprise-wide risk reduction. Acting as a senior facilitator for major incidents and complex investigations, the analyst partners with internal teams and vendors to restore services and drive operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead the facilitation of major incidents, root cause investigations, and change governance while driving service reliability and continuous improvement across the enterprise. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent process adoption, operational transparency, and effective risk mitigation.
In this position, the analyst leads major incident response, root cause investigations, change governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across D&IT. The role requires strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge, experience with ServiceNow IPC modules, and excellent communication and influencing skills. Candidates should bring 5+ years of IT operations experience, with ITIL v4 and Kepner‑Tregoe foundations preferred. The successful candidate will guide teams, mentor peers, and support executive reporting to enhance transparency and service performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or similar technical support environments.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM best practices; ITIL v4 Foundation preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM / IPC modules (administration or development experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills; able to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading major incidents, problem investigations, or change governance; Kepner‑Tregoe Foundations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and dashboards for leadership audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and participate in an after‑hours escalation rotation.
