  • Serve as the trusted interface with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders
  • Lead all investor engagement, including earnings calls, roadshows, and shareholder events
  • Oversee high-quality investor materials and market disclosures
  • Ensure full compliance and transparency across all communications
  • Provide insights on market trends and investor sentiment to inform strategy
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executives to align external messaging
  • Advise leadership on investor expectations and market implications
  • Strengthen relationships with analysts and investors to enhance market confidence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Geology or other mining related field.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in investor relations, capital markets, finance, or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messages and build relationships with investors and analysts.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, capital markets, and corporate strategy.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, market analysis, and investor presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with securities laws, compliance standards, and disclosure regulations
  • Ability to align investor relations strategies with business goals and anticipate market trends and stakeholder concerns.
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration with executives, legal, and finance teams.
  • Prior roles in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance can be highly advantageous.
