Le Duc de Lorraine, un établissement renommé, est à la recherche d'un Barman passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe dévouée. Si vous avez une expertise en mixologie et que vous êtes désireux de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant, cette opportunité pourrait être la vôtre.
Responsabilités :
- En tant que Barman au Duc de Lorraine, vos responsabilités comprendront :
- La création et le service d'une variété de cocktails et de boissons exquis.
- Le maintien d'un bar organisé et bien approvisionné.
- La création de nouvelles recettes de cocktails et de menus de boissons spéciaux pour satisfaire nos clients exigeants.
- Fournir un service exceptionnel à la clientèle en engageant des conversations et en répondant à leurs préférences pour offrir une expérience mémorable.
- Collaborer étroitement avec notre équipe de cuisine pour harmoniser les boissons avec nos plats, créant ainsi une expérience de restauration exceptionnelle.
- Gérer les stocks, effectuer les commandes de fournitures et veiller à des opérations de bar rentables.
- Encadrer et superviser le personnel, y compris les barmans et les aides-bar.
