Repair with Precision : Perform timely repairs on Caterpillar diesel engines OEM truck and coach vehicles and other equipment. Advanced Diagnostics : Use stateoftheart Caterpillar testing equipment to troubleshoot mechanical electrical and electronic issues. Accurate Reporting : Complete detailed service reports and documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Exceed Expectations : Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs every time. Education & Experience : You have a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years of handson experience. Customer & Safety Focus : Youre dedicated to safety and delivering outstanding customer service and you have strong communication and teamwork skills. Expertise in Diagnostics : Your excellent diagnostic skills (mechanical electrical and electronic) and keen attention to detail make you stand out. Selfmotivation & Integrity : You take initiative work independently and demonstrate high integrity in everything you do. Tech Savvy : Strong computer skills are a must and knowledge of Caterpillar systems is a bonus. Flexibility : You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet business demands. Valid Drivers License : A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
