Description

Caissier responsable de l'exploitation d'un parking spécifique en effectuant des transactions en espèces et en   offrant un excellent service client. Le Caissier assure une gestion correcte des billets et des paiements des     clients tout en offrant un service qui dépasse les attentes de nos clients. Le Caissier est chargé de recevoir les   paiements et d’assister les clients lorsqu'ils entrent ou sortent de la propriété. Le Caissier travaille en   collaboration avec ses collègues, le responsable des opérations et / ou le superviseur de quart pour garantir que    les procédures de gestion des espèces ainsi que les normes de sécurité soient respectées en tout temps.

Cashier responsible for operating a specified parking lot by performing cash transactions and providing

excellent customer service. The Cashier ensures proper ticket handling and guest payments while delivering service that exceeds our customer / client’s expectations. The Cashier is responsible for taking payments and assisting guests as they enter or exit the property. The Cashier works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and / or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cash handling procedures as well as safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsable de l'exécution des transactions en espèces avec précision et exactitude.
  • Maintenir votre caisse organisée et savoir ce que vous avez en main.
  • Assurer  à ce que votre caisse et vos billets soient triés tout au long de la journée.
  • Préparer vos feuilles de contrôle / summary de manière précise et soignée.
  • Signaler toutes les erreurs de caisse et les écarts.
  • S'assurer  à prévoir suffisamment de monnaie disponible.
  • Compléter tous les documents Reimagined de manière complète, précise et soignée.
  • Responsable de maintenir l'environnement de travail propre et organisé en tout temps.
  • Nettoyer et organiser l'intérieur du guichet.
  • Nettoyer les fenêtres du guichet.
  • Veiller à ce que les panneaux et équipements sur le parking soient constamment nettoyés et exempts de vandalisme.
  • Se promener dans le parking, ramasser les déchets excédentaires et changer les sacs dans les poubelles.
  • Veiller à ce que les fournitures soient correctement empilées et organisées en tout temps.
  • Responsable du maintien d'un environnement de travail sûr et sécurisé.
  • Assurer à ce que les fenêtres et les portes soient verrouillées et que l'argent soit emporté avec vous si vous devez quitter le guichet pour une raison quelconque.
  • Sécuriser votre argent et vos feuilles de contrôle en les mettant dans un sac de dépôt et en les gardant en sécurité avant leur dépôt.
  • Signaler immédiatement toute situation inhabituelle ou toute personne étrange sur le parking à votre superviseur.
  • Respecter le code vestimentaire Reimagined pour une tenue appropriée et une présentation soignée.
  • Responsable du respect de toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
  • Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les plaintes des clients.
  • Offrir un service client exceptionnel en étant agréable, courtois et serviable avec les clients.
  • Accueillir les clients arrivants et partants de manière amicale et courtoise.
  • Utiliser une communication respectueuse pour aider les clients avec leurs questions.

  • Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand
  • Ensuring your cash and tickets are sorted throughout the day
  • Preparing your cash control / summary sheets with accuracy and neatness
  • Reporting all overages and shortages
  • Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand
  • Completing all Reimagined documents completely, accurately and neatly
  • Responsible for keeping work environment neat and organized at all times
  • Cleaning and organizing the interior of booth
  • Cleaning the booth windows
  • Ensuring the signage and equipment on the lot is continuously wiped down and free of vandalism and graffiti
  • Walking through the parking lot and picking up any excess garbage and changing bags in garbage cans
  • Ensuring supplies are properly stacked and organized at all times
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment
  • Ensuring the windows and doors are locked and cash is taken with you if you have to leave the booth for any reason
  • Securing your monies and control sheets by putting them in a deposit bag and keeping it secure prior to their deposit
  • Report all odd occurrences or strange persons on the lot to your supervisor immediately
  • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift
  • Adhering to the Reimagined dress code for proper attire and grooming
  • Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers
  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellentes compétences en service client et en communication.
  • Capacité à communiquer verbalement avec les clients.
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à prendre des décisions judicieuses pour prospérer dans des environnements à rythme rapide.
  • Avoir au moins 18 ans.
  • Compétences de base en mathématiques.
  • Une expérience en gestion de caisse est un atout.
  • Expérience préalable en service client, préférable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience with cash handling is an asset
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
