Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service and engage positively with all customers Maintain a neat and organized checkout area Greet all customers with a warm demeanor Scan or enter product data accurately Account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions accurately Ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction Ensure proper documentation for receipts and returns Maintain designated areas (facing, signing, labeling, etc.) Follow loss prevention standards Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory Present a professional image in accordance with the Uniform Policy and Dress Code Comply with health and safety regulations Follow store policies and procedures Maintain housekeeping and store image standards Perform other duties as required Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills Ability to balance teamwork and efficiency Organizational skills and neatness Efficiency in processing customer orders Strong computer and register skills Organized with good record-keeping abilities Detail-oriented
